Upon account creation and data entry, you gain access to a map highlighting sections designated for manual cleaning. Choose a section to 'adopt' and assume responsibility for its upkeep.

Efficient Contract Management

Once a section is selected, Zimná Údržba generates a contract for you. This contract, reserved by the app for three business days, must be personally signed at the Košice City Hall, where you can schedule an appointment. The adoption process is finalized upon contract signing, solidifying your commitment to maintaining your chosen section.

Timely Notifications and Maintenance Requirements

Zimná Údržba ensures that you receive SMS notifications for any required activities. Notifications are also sent when maintenance materials are delivered. Should you face difficulties in performing your duties, support is available. It is essential to create photo documentation of your section both before and after maintenance activities. An internet connection and mobile data are required for submitting these photos.

Reward System

Active participation is rewarded with financial incentives. Payments are divided into two parts: half for readiness and the other half for the actual days of maintenance completed. Zimná Údržba ensures that your efforts in enhancing city maintenance do not go unrewarded, providing a structured payment system based on your engagement level.
